RETURN

You can return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure that items are in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

• Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.
• Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Mystery clothing items
  • Intimate Clothing ( underwear, swimwear)

 

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you can do so within 14 days of purchase.

HOW TO EXCHANGE:

1. Returns Portal: Create a return and select an exchange including your preferred size in the item(s) ordered.
2. Return the Original Item: Follow the instruction for our returns process to follow.
3. Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the new item to you.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
